Who I am

Vicky Ballance, trading as Ballance & Co, a sole trader based in Bournemouth. You can reach me at vicky@ballanceandco.co.uk.

What I collect

The name, email address and message you send me by email or message, and the details you give when you book a call through Calendly.

Why

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to set up and run our work. I don’t sell your details or use them for marketing you haven’t asked for.

Who else sees it

I only share your details with the tools I use to run the business, such as email and booking services (Calendly, for example).

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as I need to reply to them. If we work together, I keep your details for as long as we work together and for any period I’m legally required to keep business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing me. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
